This coffee lot from Guji, Ethiopia—sourced from the Tima kebeles—is a standout example of the region’s excellence. It features a sweet, floral aroma and a flavor profile rich in bright berries and stone fruits, with a silky, juicy, and elegant acidity. As it cools, it evolves from juicy and rounded to delicate and citric, all while maintaining exceptional clarity and cleanliness.

The cherries, Gibrinna 74110 and Serto 74112 (Ethiopia Landrace varieties known for disease resistance and high quality), are dried on raised beds at 2,173 meters for 15–20 days. Careful drying practices result in one of Ethiopia’s most vibrant and clean-tasting coffees.
